I have Sony Vaio VGN-CS24GH. Tried to recover vaio at factory setting from VAIO RECOVERY centre. Tried to recover from C: partition. But it gives error code as 114.
I have DVD problem hence could run recovery disc.
Guide me.

Hello … I think the 114 error is:
‘Cannot use this recovery disc for this computer.Confirm the model type. Error:114′
Do you have your own dvd’s or somebody else?
